These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at iamdrcarolyn.com (the "Website"), the DrCarolyn mobile application (the "App"), and any related consulting services, masterminds, digital courses, and physical product purchases managed by The OMEGA Group, LLC (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our Website or App, purchasing our products, registering for an account, or subscribing to our membership programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using our Services.

1. Professional Disclaimer & Educational Purpose

 

  • No Medical or Psychological Advice: All digital courses, masterminds, meditations, books, and journals provided through the App or Website are for educational, motivational, and informational purposes only. Dr. Carolyn and The OMEGA Group, LLC provide coaching and consulting platforms; our Services do not substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that your reliance on any information provided within the Services is solely at your own risk. Always consult with a licensed healthcare or financial professional regarding your specific personal circumstances.

2. User Accounts ("STARS")

 

  • Account Registration & Consent: By creating an account, registering as a STAR, or logging into the App, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

  • Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to our online community.

3. Purchases, Billing, and Subscriptions

 

  • Product Pricing: All prices for physical merchandise (e.g., The MEGALiFE Journal), ticket sales (e.g., The RESET Tour™), and digital masterminds are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring coaching membership, subscription program, or ongoing mastermind fee, your account will be billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.

  • Subscription Cancellation & Management:

    • App Subscriptions: If you signed up for a subscription within the App, billing is processed entirely via Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing. You must manage, pause, or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We cannot manually cancel or refund app store transactions.

    • Website Subscriptions: Subscriptions initiated on the Website via Wix must be cancelled through your website profile portal or by contacting our support team at least 48 hours prior to your next renewal date.

  • Refund Policy: To the maximum extent permitted by law, all digital subscriptions, course sales, digital downloads, and event tickets are final and non-refundable. Cancelled subscriptions will retain access to premium materials until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

 

  • Our Content: Unless otherwise indicated, the Website, the App, and all underlying source code, designs, audio, video, text, images, journals, and course curriculums are the exclusive proprietary property of The OMEGA Group, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream, download, and read purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not republish, distribute, or sell any materials without our express written consent.

5. Account and Data Deletion Policy

 

  • User Rights: In strict compliance with mobile platform provider regulations (Apple App Store and Google Play), any registered user may request the permanent deletion of their account profile and associated personal data at any time.

  • How to Request Deletion: You may initiate permanent account deletion directly through the account settings menu inside the App or by visiting our designated Data Deletion Request framework online.

  • Data Processing: Upon receiving a valid account deletion request, your profile, active logs, and personal details will be securely purged from our operational databases within 30 days. Please note that deleting your account will immediately terminate access to any digital courses or active subscriptions tied to that account without eligibility for a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The OMEGA Group, LLC and its officers, employees, or agents will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, App, or coaching Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of our Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
